My charm house, « La Marinière », is located in southern Bretagne, near the Etel river, in the hamlet of Kerminihy, (ERDEVEN), 800 m from the sea. Totally renovated, it is an old and comfortable Navy Captain granite house in a traditional fishing village. It has a slate roof and a pretty weathercoack. The bedrooms have a sea view and it can host 5 people.

The house is ideally situated to visit Auray, Carnac, La Trinité sur mer, and you are at only half an hour of Lorient and Vannes and very close to the Gulf of Morbihan. I have fallen in love with this unspoiled area and my wish is that you too can discover this natural and authentic space. No concrete, no nuisance.

This Dune area of 700 ha, protected by Natura 2000, has 25 km of fine sand beaches from Gâvres to Quiberon, free access to menhirs and dolmens and around La Marinière you have the GR 34 and 80 km of marked trails.
